The instructions to return an item to Woody's are below. We make it pretty easy. No unhappy customers at Woody's.
Our Customer Service Department will take care of any Woody's Warranty Issues. Tell your customer to email Woody's customer service department at woodys@wiem.com.
In that email Include:
SUBJECT LINE: CUSTOMER SERVICE for a Return Authorization Number. Full name, shipping address and phone number. Item you will be returning for inspection.
Woody's will reply to this email with an authorization number. Woody's
will not accept any returns without this number. The Return
Authorization Number must be visible on the outside of the box. The
product will be inspected by a Woody's technician to determine if the
product is defective due to material, quality or workmanship before a
final warranty determination is made. Proof of purchase is required.
All returns to the manufacturer are for exchange only.
